Car into Pole in Ewing Township

Ewing Township (Mercer)--A single car accident that knocked down a utility pole sent one person to the hospital and the driver charged with DUI on July 3, 2008. The accident occurred on Ewingville Road near the Whitehead Road Extension at approximately 4:30 a.m. The passenger of the vehicle was taken by EMS to a local hospital and the driver was taken to the police station for processing. Luckily the injuries in this MVA were minor.
