Manalapan Township (MONMOUTH)--Station 26-2 and Station 12-1 were dispatched to 113 Thompson Grove Road for a possible house fire.  Upon arrival found a large garbage can that had caught fire and  extended to the house. 26-2-67 arrived on scene first confirmed fire showing and request a tanker from Station 16-1(16-1-96) and Station 32-1(32-1-96) 26-2-77 arrived first and dropped a 5 inch line up the driveway.  They stretched two 1 ¾ inch hand lines.  Crews checked the garage area for extension.  Tower 26-2-90 arrived on scene and setup and its crews went to the roof to open up.  12-1-86 and Engine 12-1-75 and assisted crews on scene. Also 26-1 was dispatched for the fire.  They stood by as a RIT team.
