Motorcyclist released from hospital

 

    EAST WINDSOR — A Rahway man was thrown from his motorcycle last week after being rear-ended by a car that failed to completely stop for a red light at Route 33 and Woodside Avenue, according to police.Jamaal Burden, 31, was taken to Helene Fuld Medical Center on Friday and was released Sunday after suffering head and facial injuries, police said. Michael Bulko, 31, of New Egypt, driver of the Hyundai Santa Fe that struck Mr. Burden’s Yamaha motorcycle, was not injured, police said. The accident, which took place at 12:50 p.m. Friday, resulted in temporary partial lane closures of the westbound lane, according to a police report. No charges had been filed as of Tuesday, but the accident remained under investigation.
